Terms

What we do

butter. concierge helps arrange accommodation, dining, events, transport and other experiences. Most of these are provided by independent suppliers, and we tell you who they are.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking or hold availability. A booking is confirmed only when we tell you in writing that the supplier has accepted it.

Access and availability

Venues, promoters, owners and skippers make their own decisions. We ask on your behalf, but we cannot promise access, tables, guest list places or availability.

Fees and payment

[How butter. charges for its service, when payment is due and in which currency.]

Changes and cancellations

Each supplier's cancellation terms apply and we will share them before you confirm. Weather can change or cancel some experiences. [butter.'s own cancellation terms.]

Liability

[Liability wording, to be provided by your legal adviser.]

Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction.]
